A rare artisan oolong made using traditional techniques but heavily oxidized (around 90%) to create a dark amber infusion that has a memorable range of cinnamon and honey . There is no astringency or bitterness. As with high grade teas this oolong is best enjoyed by brewing over multiple infusions to taste the full flavour profile.
